Key Objectives Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers through live chat platforms. Resolve inquiries and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Contribute to knowledge base updates and identify trends to enhance support processes. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to Innotech products and services. Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer support system. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide relevant and effective solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams with detailed information. Assist in developing FAQs and support documentation based on common customer concerns. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain a calm and empathetic demeanor in high-pressure situations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a live chat environment. Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and professionalism. Basic technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with CRM and chat support platforms is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
