Key Objectives

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through delivery.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to leadership.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and external partners.
Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to maintain transparency and team engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
3+ years of proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
