UHY LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who excel at accuracy, organization, and working independently. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our systems to support business operations. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems. Review documents for errors and correct any inconsistencies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy. Organize and maintain electronic records and files. Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred but not required (training provided).
