Job Summary: The Sales & Support Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while driving sales and assisting customers in finding the products that best meet their needs. This role combines customer support, product knowledge, and sales skills to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Guide customers in selecting mattresses, bedding, and furniture based on their needs. Handle order processing, follow-ups, and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with logistics, production, and design teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems. Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams to improve products and services. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retail support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable using CRM software and remote collaboration tools. Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Knowledge of furniture, bedding, or mattress products is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2C sales or home goods retail. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
