Tender Loving Cats, Inc. is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to reducing the community cat population via trap-neuter-return programs, rescuing mistreated, injured, and abandoned cats, and rehabilitating them for adoption, aiming to improve animal welfare on Long Island.
